BP003294: Human CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein with the C-His-Flag Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Ser22-Asp182(CD8 alpha) acidic tail & Leu22-Pro170(CD8 beta) basic tail) fused with a His-Flag tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer protein with the His-Flag tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 23.54 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 22.62 kDa (CD8 beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 26-28 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 28-32 kDa (CD8 beta) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD8A&CD8B protein with the C-His-Flag tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-CD8 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 15.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
